Karen recognised her passion for floral design at an early age when working part-time in a local florist shop.

Building on her experience, and fuelled by her immense enthusiasm, Karen progressed to work at the Grosvenor House Hotel, first as a Florist and then as Florist Manager. This entailed providing everything from the smallest bouquet to creating the décor for large events for over a thousand people, alongside a constant demand for flowers to decorate rooms occupied by A-list guests.

Following three years at Grosvenor House Karen became a freelance florist; working with top floral designers such as Simon Lycett, Town and County Flowers and Paul Thomas, to name but a few.

It was during this period that Karen really honed her skills as an event florist, through working on very prestigious events including: celebrity, society and royal weddings, film premieres and after-show parties, charity balls and product launches.

With her experience in working on large-scale, prominent events in Spain, Ireland and Morocco, Karen established her own floral design company four years ago and has continued to flourish by delivering inspirational beauty for her many clients ever since.
